The amount of support, training and guidance available
Bonus schemes and rewards programmes are excellent
Great personalities to work with
Good management structure and support from line managers

A lot of focus and discipline needed, as there are KPI's to meet - it can often make you feel pressure to perform. However support is always available.

Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

Don't be put off if you don't feel like you have the experience; the wealth of training on offer is next to none and it's all about who you are as an individual
