What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

There is potenial to earn a lot of commission but be prepared to put the work in.

Helping people find work which is the main reason I wanted to get into recruitment, huge job satifaction.

Worst

Targets and KPI'S. Reed is very focused on hitting your personal targets, after all it's a sales environment.

Managing candidates and clients. This can be tough at times as you do get let down by both so need to be quite tough skinned.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I didn't apply for the role I was head hunted from Reed Talent.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be prepared, it's quite grueling. You have a telephone interview to start with which will be based around why you want to get into recruitment and previous experience. Followed by a telephone interview which will involve a sales call which they give you prior so make sure you make plenty of notes.
