What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The commission structure at Reed is excellent. The more work you put in, the more rewards you reap. There are always plenty of opportunities to enter competitions and work towards extra incentives.

There's also really clear career progression. After expressing an interest in heading into management I have been given so many opportunities to develop my leadership skills.

Worst

Put simply, the role is a high pressure, stressful role. You are constantly chasing your targets and you constantly feel like you are chasing your tail to stay afloat. If you enjoy working under pressure, this can help you to thrive. But there's no way of pretending that Recruitment is easy. There's support in place if you are feeling the pressure, but ultimately the more you work, the more money you make.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Do your research on the recruitment industry. Look at the market, Reed's competitors and try to really understand how recruitment agencies operate.
