Application Advice:
Show previous sales experience, even if it is little, on your resume. Also make sure that you like the sales aspect of the job and that you will be working with/for a lot of people. You have to be service oriented.
Interview Advice:
Be yourself =and speak the truth, because you will have an interview with people who are specialised in interviewing en they will see right away if you are making things bigger than they are or if you pretend to be someone you're not.

Recruitment isn't for everyone so make sure it's something that you have thought properly about, and ask questions in the interview as it gives you a better idea of what we do here. It's a role where you need to be ambitious with a lot of motivation to succeed!

One needs to be a team player for applying for the role of Operations Coordinator, even after you move into a team to be a recruitment consultant once the 3-6 months is over, being a team player is essential. You need to be committed and be prepared to work extremely hard, and know that the hard work will pay off once you move into a team.
