Application Advice:
The scheme in General Management doesn't have a strict entry path, so don't think that because you don't have a degree in Business, Management or anything Facilities related you aren't going to be qualified for this job.
My degree is in chemistry and was heavily focused on research. But it's the transferable skills that matter in this application - a desire to affect change, a flexible work ethic, a willingness to travel around for your job, a restlessness to embrace new challenges and opportunities. Most of all, the initiative to go and find all of that yourself - this is a company that thrives on its graduates getting to know people more than getting to know the industry.
Interview Advice:
This company needs graduates that can be eloquent without being too technical and graduates that can take on board unfamiliar information quickly. Speak up in your interview, be proud of your achievements at university, work experience or previous jobs. But don't be arrogant - this isn't a sales role where you live or die by the words you speak.
