There's plenty of learning and development opportunities, and Capital impressed me with its constant willingness to listen to my own suggestions and to what I'd like to do - your worth and opinion are never undervalued as a junior lawyer.
You are also given complex work from day one, which is meaningful and comes with great responsibility.
In addition, Capital's attitude towards personal development and employee wellbeing is encouraging and with my training contract looming, it fills me with optimism and excitement to be given the opportunity to train in an environment that holds such positive values at its core.
