Show that you want to learn, to stand up and be counted - application for this kind of role demands (I believe) the yearning to get involved in a number of different, often discrete areas and aim to provide value, not just bandwidth.

Interview Advice:

Be curious - ask questions, ask about opportunities to learn.

Present the ability to look at things analytically with an eye to solving problems, not just taking out-of-box solutions.

Don't be tempted to exclude experience from your CV, even if it doesn't seem relevant to the job you're applying for. A job in a coffee shop might be perfect for demonstrating customer service skills, for example.

Team that want to get stuck-in and build things, to think creatively about problems.

Worst:

We're moving at a million miles a minute, and sometimes forget to focus on things that are ultimately conducive to a great (rather than just "good") working environment - that's culture, making explicit how we do things and what we're doing, etc. -- They're finer details, but important nonetheless.
