Honestly is really the best policy here. No one is set to catch you out, if you get asked a leading question i.e. "What would be your dream job?" you don't have to pander. They applaud and encourage individuality. But still be worthwhile doing some research, this company has achieved a lot in a short space of time!

Be concise and to the point, and don't forget to note your interests outside of work/university. Remember to show why you have a passion for technology and the tech industry.
Interview Advice:
Be open and honest. They want you to succeed! This office is laid back and informal, and as such, so your interview will be. Try your best to relax, I know it is hard!, and try and see how great an environment you could be working in.
The usual suspects are there in terms of questions, such as have you done your research on the company, role, and the world of cloud computing.
There may be some curve balls, such as what would be your dream job (if you weren't at FinancialForce...obviously!)
