It is hard work, with group and individual based projects. There is a lot of expectation on you both in your daily tasks and on the programme. Having previous experience will certainly help but it is not necessary as the training is very good from the basics up.

Be yourself. They aren't looking for robots, they want to see the 'real you', full of personality and flair and passion. A fake persona isn't what will get you the job, being honest and truthful about what makes you tick and how fantastic you are as a result will do.
