Hilton values and cares for its employees and this is what I feel is most important about a company. There are a lot of opportunities that are available on Hilton's website for any employee to see and apply. Being a Hilton employee brings you a lot of benefits such as GO Hilton which is Hiltons travel rate programme for employees. I also identify with Hilton values and so I feel happy working for this company.
