Application Advice:
Having seen the advert on an aggregator site, I saw the job poster was the Director of the Branch. I decided that emailing my CV to the email address attached, allowed me to add a more personal note instead of coming through from the aggregator. It allowed me to initially express my interest and enthusiasm for the role instead as I knew my background would be lacking the experience needed.
Interview Advice:
Know the sector and the company. Have some understanding of potential challenges in the role but highlight elephants in the room and how you plan on tackling them. Express what excites you about the role/company and the stamp you would like to make within the position and highlight your motivations and aspirations to learn
Offer examples of resilience in the face of challenges. Make sure that you show your interest in recruitment specifically as you will likely be asked what other roles you have applied for.
Clear CV which highlights your skillset. Call in to chase your application - shows good drive and determination and that you're not afraid to get on the phone.

Be confident - you'll need this in recruitment. Be open to learning. Show your motivation.

Interview Advice:
Be prepared for some more personal questions. Yes, they're interested in finding out about your education but there is a focus on you as a person i.e. your background, your hobbies, your motivations etc.
You are in control of your earnings
You input directly effects your output
Good environment- tightknit team who are all motivated for success and support growth and development
Worst:
The benefits package isn't great but for an entry level role with incentives to stay within the company Longterm (additional holiday for length of service) it isnt too bad and is relatively competitive.
Having to hand over business is a bit of a pain if the candidate/client is obvious business but the candidate is relocating etc.
