Best:
Fun working environment - team feel. Wins are celebrated (bell ringing for deals etc) and king/queen of the week to recognise activity and behaviour, as opposed to just being numbers focussed.
Worst:
Progression itself is more numbers based, no progression for behaviour only - I get it, but it's super frustrating having to rely on strangers for your progression.
