Don't be afraid to show what hobbies or interests you have as it is a useful to talk about at the interview and shows personality.
Interview Advice:
Think about what you want to do and ask questions on what work you would like to get involved in. Be knowledgeable on the industry and what professional qualifications and study/exam requirements are there.
Think it more of a chat and make sure you show your personality and how you can fit in to the team; show your communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications aren't everything.
Interview Advice:
Once again be yourself and try to remain calm.
The toughest question i found where related to competencies. Where have you shown good leadership etc.. Prepare mock answers to these that you can mould to the actual questions asked.

Application Advice:
Try to stay relaxed during the online tests and work quickly. Be honest in all stages or it will most likely catch up with you. When applying for a graduate role, companies don't necessarily expect you to know everything but as long as it you have a willingness to learnt that's what they look for.
Interview Advice:
Definitely do your research before the interview. Make sure to prepare answers regarding to why you want to work in that industry and company, giving examples of times you work within a team, a time you failed at something, overcame something difficult. Have some technical knowledge of the pensions industry and know what's going on in the world.

- As hard as it is, really try to control your nerves and treat the interview as a conversation - as much as they want to check you're the right fit for them, you also want to make sure they're the right fit for you!

The culture - everyone is really friendly and makes an effort to get to know you.
People also take the time to listen to my ideas and they sometime get implemented company-wide too!
I also am given a chance to try anything that I'm interested in pursuing while at work, rather than being restricted to just pension accounting, or just technical work.
Worst:
The work-life balance isn't as bad as being an investment banker, but you are expected to work late during busy times.
