Having people around me to help and support. While I am still training, everyone around me is happy to assist with any questions and queries. There is no question too small or too big. It also relieves pressure when there are specific questions (especially from clients), where we have specific teams who have this knowledge. This way I do not pressure myself into trying to know everything.

A good thing about my job is that I get to go out to clients premises and meet them. From this, I can see what the business does which is more interesting to see in person than to read about.

Another good thing is that I get to meet a lot of different people in the workplace. I work jointly with senior members of staff and trainees like me. It allows us to develop and use the senior member's experience/knowledge to teach us what we need to do.
