The flexibility of when and where I work is great, I live 5 minute walk away so I can come to the office for half a day and then work from home for the other half. From graduate level we are given a lot of responsibility which is great as we can manage our own work loads, time management is key!
The office we work in and our company as a whole is very sociable so if you are nervous about moving to a new place then you can at least get involved in office activities and it's very easy to meet new people. This really helps new employees settle in.
