The project work I do is specifically within the Maritime team, and I have found I enjoy working and learning about the various coastal infrastructure around Scotland and the Scottish Isles.
The variety of interesting and challenging work keeps things fresh.
My colleagues are all lovely and supportive and create a great environment for the learning you take on as part of the apprenticeship, balancing the work/education I have received.

I love the challenges that happen in my work.
There is no roof to the amount of knowledge you can learn about structures.
The projects I have already worked on have ranged from really large to smaller ones which have all taught me so many lessons already.
The social side of things are great with there being plenty of social events to get involved in.
