I am currently in a hybrid role, taking care of the internal recruitment and training the people that I get to hire. It gives me a great sense of accomplishment to be able to see how people progress from their first interaction with me in the recruitment process to when they actually become independent consultants. It makes me very motivated as my work is reflected in their success and it's reassuring that I'm doing a good job. Additionally, I am extremely lucky to have incredible Team Leaders that I see as my mentors that have always supported me not only in my professional development but also helping me organize myself in order to progress faster and reach my personal goals.

Career progression is transparent and consistent - no waiting for your manager to vacate their position. All you have to do to move to the next level is hit targets that are clear and consistent company wide.
Earnings potential is phenomenal (it is sales after all!) and because we have offices in locations such as Prague and Bucharest, which are beautiful cities in themselves but are also relatively cheap to live, yet work with Western European clients, we are earning what would be considered a very, very good salary in the heart of London, yet living in far cheaper locations.
A focus on continual learning - the company is structured in a way that allows people to keep learning and progressing, even at director-level, in a supportive environment.

Application Advice:
Be ready to work hard to receive the rewards. Recruitment is a race and you need to have the drive and motivation to hit your targets. Patience and persistence are key and when something knocks you back, you need to be able to pick yourself up and move on quickly. Be open to learning from everyone around you, whether they are more junior or senior.
Interview Advice:
Be open with how you feel about the opportunity you're presented and ask as many questions as possible. You need to be sure you have all the information you need to determine whether it's the right job for you or not. With Nonstop Assessment Days, you get to meet a few people from the business so make a most of it and ask people about their experiences - everyone has a different story of how they approach recruitment and probably have different motivations for why they do it.

NonStop provides a truly meritocratic structure where even the Directors and the CEO of the company started as Trainee Recruiters. I believe it's quite rare that people could say they have the power to take success into their own hands on this level. The career progression here is incredibly fast and truly sky is the limit. On top of everything, we are very stimulated by the high commission structure which changes your life especially if you just graduated and you're thinking that you will achieve financial stability later in your life.
The team is fantastic, we are surrounded by motivated and like-minded people so regardless if you're an expat or a local you will surely make some friends here and you will find people that will help you get ahead.
Worst:
Recruitment/ Sales is known for being a domain that requires a lot of work and patience, so I would say that the first year you will need to put a bit more effort into it in order to become successful. However you need to keep in mind that if you want to be consistent you need to take a break once in a while as you will surely get burned out.
However, the results far overshadow this con.
