Make sure you understand the company culture and values. Demonstrating knowledge of this - and being a good 'fit' - is just as important as understanding our services and industries, perhaps even more so for graduates.

Come armed with questions! In my 1-to-1, my interviewer asked only a handful of questions and was more interested in what I wanted to know.
