Show you are a little bit different in your application!

Interview Advice:

Sounds corny - but genuinely don't prepare too much for the interview (aside from the basics) - the application process is completely about understanding whether you would be a cultural fit for the company.

Application Advice:

Make sure you understand the company culture and values. Demonstrating knowledge of this - and being a good 'fit' - is just as important as understanding our services and industries, perhaps even more so for graduates.

Interview Advice:

Come armed with questions! In my 1-to-1, my interviewer asked only a handful of questions and was more interested in what I wanted to know.
Show personality - some of the assessment day tasks might be a bit more unusual than others. Embrace this!
