Keep a level head. It is so easy to get wound up and stressed in this role because there is always so much going on and so much is expected of you in a short time. It is therefore important to not get yourself into a flap about things. You will also need to have exceptional organisation skills - if you don't you will either have to learn some very quickly or you will struggle, as it is a very fast paced environment to work in.

Interview Advice:

Be prepared. Read about the company as well as Robert Walters so you know what sort of company you will be working in. This will also help you to structure your answers if you are asked anything about the company.
Think about your previous jobs or experiences that have made you the person that you are i.e. organised, loyal etc and how they have done so. For example if you have just come from uni, you have to be organised to reach the deadlines on time.
Smile and breathe! You will naturally relax once you start smiling and changing your body language to open and approachable.
Think about what you are being asked before you answer. Don't worry if you take a second to think - this is much better than blurting out an answer you didn't really want to say and then having to backtrack!
