Application Advice:
Normal CV and cover letter - I received a call within a couple of weeks of submitting my application and SFW were very proactive throughout the application process.

For developer roles, some coding questions are asked. For analyst roles, general logic questions are included. There were 2 interviews: the first, with a member of the team I would be joining, which included some questions on design, workshop technique and the aforementioned logic questions. After the first interview, SFW called back to give detailed feedback on how the interview went.

Don't get too nervous and be yourself. SFW are interested in your personality as well as your professional and technical skills. I had two interviews one with the manager of my team and another with the COO and both were very relaxed, probably the most relaxed interviews I have been on.
