What are the best and worst things about your job?

The best thing hands down is the experience and skills I've learned since being here. I think almost everyday I learn something new or am asked to do something that is different and exciting. No day is rarely the same and I am thankful for that because it keeps me interested. I've improved my Microsoft office skills and learned to use new systems, some specific to HR. To me these are transferable skills that will help me in my career no matter where I work.

What are the best and worst things about your job?

The best thing I would say about my job is getting to deal with different types of members and different types of situations on a regular basis. For e.g. some people could be stuck on the hard shoulder of the motorway, and some people could be stuck in a live lane. Then some people could be safe on a little side street and some people could be completely safe at their home address. Different priorities for the relevant situations.
