What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Practise the tests, get university to check through your CV. Prepare for the video interview and think about the current climate of the food industry and economics of the country!

Be yourself, spend a lot of time preparing (as for any interview) because if you know what you want to say easily it helps with any nerves. Be inquisitive! Read some personal development books on leadership.
