autonomy, style of work, good team, support from senior team,
Worst
team doesn't have a high budget for resources so end up only doing what is possible to complete with internal resource instead of the full breadth of what could be covered by "Employer Brand"

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest, Reed are very open and accepting so it's best to be upfront about your wishes and desires as they will work hard to bring this to fruition
Do you have any interview tips?
The style of the interview will largely depend on who it is with, my final interview was with the Director of our Core Network and essentially, it was an informal chat about my university experience, my interests and my strengths and weaknesses.
