What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
In all of the roles that I have done, the teams I've worked with have been brilliant and I have friends all over the company because of this.
Worst
My first role in the company was really not suited to me in hindsight, so I would say the worst part was persevering through a tough period.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Expect a response when you reply because the grad team are very responsive!
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you do your research! Call on previous work experience and give specific examples. I was asked about times when I have faced a challenging customer and how I dealt with the situation effectively. Also, expect your time/grade at university to be looked at - I was asked why I got a 2:1 and not a 1st so prepare an answer for that just in case!
