Best
The flexibility of the role. There are so many challenges and for my third year I have been trusted with a lot of responsibility. If you work hard, it is noticed.
Worst
You are in the people business so it can wear you down, but it's important to keep upbeat and focused on your end goal.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
When applying for a Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer role it is important to realise that it is a people based role. If you are a people person, you will do well.
