What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
- Great group of graduates alongside you across different departments, opportunities to make friends & social aspects
- Given responsibility from early on but you are also given the chance to soak up and learn as much as you can
- Exposure to the business as a whole and great networking opportunities
Worst
- Location can be challenging depending on where you are placed across your different placements, you have to be really flexible and willing to move around and put your professional development first

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be open and honest but show the company what skills you have learnt so far at University & Placement and how they can be suited to Bakkavor as a company and manufacturing. There are a number of steps involved in the application process, take time on each of these and don't rush or feel under pressure.
