Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be clear to highlight your achievements against quantifiable KPIs / goals / targets on your CV. Also highlight any sales / negotiation experience you have too.
Prepare thoroughly for the online tests (numerical and verbal reasoning) - do the practice ones several times until you fully understand why each answer is correct. This will help you massively in grasping the format of the actual questions.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be prepared with clear examples of where you have hit targets in previous jobs (or other scenarios), as well as examples of where you have had to negotiate a difficult situation with other people.
Do not be afraid to show ambition and your competitive side - this is exactly what they are looking for. Be mindful at the same time, however, as REED are not looking for cowboys and girls - they want ambitious people who can also demonstrate honesty, integrity and tact.
