Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you want to work in a sales and targeted environment, when I first applied, I wasn't aware how targeted and sales driven recruitment was. Fortunately, this particular working environment is very well suited to my personality and I have thrived under the pressure. Also, just give it a go!
Do you have any interview tips?
Be prepared (research the industry and REED specifically) - possibly look at competitors and in what elements they are having more success than REED currently. REED as a business, really promote innovative thinking and new ideas so they love fresh graduates bringing exciting ideas on ways to improve!
