Being given so much responsibility and opportunity to grow and learn.
Worst
In my first role I didn't enjoy selling so much, it didn't come to me naturally. However in my current role I can't find any faults!
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The initial phone calls are really important as so much of your first role is spent on the phone. Make sure to be warm, bubbly, friendly and keep the conversation ticking.
Do you have any interview tips?
Similar to application, be friendly and chatty, they value your ouutside activities, your real personality and what you do for fun as much as they do experience and what's on your CV. They're more likely to take the interesting person over the more qualified person.
