What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

It is good to show that you are motivated to progress within the company, and what you like about the company specifically.

I had to do a mock sales call as part of my application - this stage is fine, just make sure you tick off all the things you need to cover, e.g. introducing yourself, checking they are available, highlighting USP's of the candidates you are speccing etc.

Do you have any interview tips?

Make sure you have prepared examples to highlight a range of competencies, and that you have researched the company.
