What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

While recruitment wasn't for me, my second rotation role is great! I get to be creative most of the time and my job is different every day. The people make REED, I can pick up the phone to anyone in the company - never having spoken to them before and 99% of the time they will be warm, joking and go out of their way to be helpful.

Worst

Although I don't have experience in other corporate companies REED seems very old school. Colour selective business wear (even when not Client facing). Longer than normal hours 8:30 - 5:30 (with consultants often working beyond this). Flexibility really relies on your manager. The first year, I had a poor manager who wanted fixed hours of working to 6.
