What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You need to be prepared to be someone that 'lives to work' rather than 'works to live'. You need a huge passion for food and the Bakkavors values, especially 'getting it right, keeping it right'.
Do you have any interview tips?
Values, values, values! Make sure you have an example of times you have shown particular Bakkavor values, in addition to job specific examples of behaviour (lead a team, overcome a problem...)
