What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

It's a very busy environment meaning that everything is changing and there is always something to be doing.
It's very exciting, and the wider team have so much knowledge you can build on, and understand your area of spend more.
I speak to UK and Spanish colleagues and suppliers on a daily basis and often find myself solving problems for our site, whether material shortages, quality issues etc.

Worst

As it is so busy, you can get caught up in it and forget about the projects or jobs you expected to do.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:30

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself and show your passion for food and the wider food manufacturing/FMCG market.
