What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Think about whether you can handle a year in sales. Although you can progress into many areas (the MD of reed.co.uk started on the GTS...), you will have to do this year. If you work hard and appreciate the skills you are learning, then you will find it not only enjoyable but also financially rewarding.
