Best
Every day is different. There will be a new issue to deal with and you will have to work with your team to come up with a plan to solve this issue/problem. It is then very satisfying when this issue is resolved or another problem is prevented from happening.
Worst
Working with people who are not open to new ways of working and have a negative attitude towards new ideas.
