What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I have always felt like I have real responsibility within my team. As a graduate, I think it can sometimes seem like you are there for the sake of the scheme but that is not true for Reed. You are filling a company need and you are aware of your impact. Also, you get to mix with people of all levels within the company really easily.

Worst

For me, there was a lot of team/contract reshuffle over my first year placement and I found it hard to deal with. No one was really sure what would work with the new structure so there weren't a lot of answers to queries. Colleagues moved teams and desks were empty, we were unsure on new managers.. but once it was all ironed out it was back to being a great environment!
