What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The application process is an application form, telephone interview, psychometric assessments, assessment centre, branch interview and MD interview so quite rigourous. Just take it one step at a time and practice your role play skills and numerical/literacy tests!
Do you have any interview tips?
Research recruitment and what it entails. Be confident and methodical. The interview is with an MD so be prepared to explain your aspirations and how the company fits in with those as well as relating past work experience to the role.
