What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Good career for those who like a good office atmosphere and social life.
If you can't take being on the phone or infront of a computer for a few hours then this job probably isn't for you.
Need to be able to have good negotiation skills to work around being told no.
Sales ability and managing candidates and clients expectations is a big part of the job so good organisation skills is also essential.
Do you have any interview tips?
Talk about being resilient. Having a good work ethic. Having great people and organisational skills. Talk about how people feel towards you, IE. People just seem to like dealing with me. Talk about your attitude, good manners but direct is a good way to be in this job as it involves alot of questioning.
