Best
The best thing is the team environment and the great culture which ensures that people are doing well. There is so much support and encouragement from the people around you making you feel safe and good about the job.
Worst
There is a lot of sales and if you don't enjoy sales then this probably isn't the role for you.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The application process is very simple and you receive a lot of support from the early talent team to ensure that you make the best impression and you do well.
Do you have any interview tips?
My best advice would be to know your motivation. You have two interviews and both of them focus on what your motivation is. If you don't know that, you can't pinpoint why you want the role or why you would succeed in it so it's important to focus on that.
