What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest, show that you are willing to learn and you want to learn and why. Show how eager you are to want to earn a great level of money, at the end of the day this job is about hitting targets and making money. Be determined and express that you want a career path and you want to be in an environment that can grow and nurture you to be the best person you can be.
Do you have any interview tips?
The usual, be confident, make eye contact, be honest, be real, show your eagerness to learn, research the comopany and show that you understand what it means to be a recruiter and that you are prepared to put in the work. The first 6 months of recruitment is hard, show that you understand that and that it doesn't phase you anyway.
