Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest regarding what you are looking for as the internal team helped me to get something that suited exactly what I wanted. Also be quick! The process moves very quickly and I was at an advantage that I was able to keep up with it.
Do you have any interview tips?
There were several stages, including an initial skype interview which was more general in its questioning, a sales call which asked me to sell two candidates and a more formal interview with a director. All of which asked me what I was looking for and what my career goals were, therefore, ensure you have prepared for this.
