What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
They are so welcoming and everyone is eager to help you. They have so much training to support you and don’t just chuck you in the deep end. Also the benefits are great. Reed.co.uk have the best working atmosphere and they try and make each day fun with activities.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do your research and show your passion for working for the company. Also, don’t stress too much about the online tests.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be honest, make sure you know about the company and be yourself. They will know if you are lying or trying to be someone else so just be yourself and they will appreciate that as they want to get to know you. They asked me a lot about resilience and looked over my CV in detail so make sure you are ready to talk about that. Make sure you know about the visions and values of the company and what they are looking for.
