What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
An interesting and varied role, where I get to see the full cycle of recruitment from the initial application to offer and onboarding.
Worst
I don't recruit locally, which makes it difficult to know how far people would be willing to commute or what the office is really like.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Take your time on all the online assessments, really read the questions before answering. Really put some thought into the application form as these are graded and assessed.
Do you have any interview tips?
Know the job description and what the role really entitles. Have some ideas about how you would approach the role of recruitment consultant. Always know what you're motivators are, and make sure you have a really strong answer for what they are and why.
