What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Meeting new people - being able to find somebody a job when they have come to you unsure about what they are looking for.
A good working culture with a good SLT.
Worst
Can be really stressful at times - not a lot of support from the graduate team at times can be frustrating.
The systems are poor and can make the job really frustrating.
