A VERY target driven environment. It feels that the targets are more important than actually making money/doing well/quality of the work.

You need to be confident, personable and sociable. Be honest in your application and be aware that this is definitely a sales company. They pride themselves on their environmental impact and charity support, research these!
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview is more about how you come across. Make sure again you seem confident and personable. They want to make sure you can be presented to clients so make sure you are professional.
The questions were around my background and CV, they used the STAR technique.
Are you money motivated was a question. They actually want you to say yes to an extent. If you are driven by money you will work harder to earn more etc.
