What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Speaking to people and learning their stories and having such a personable aspect to the work. You are in charge of your own work load as well and can really see the outcome if you push yourself. There is also a clear progression structure.

Worst

A VERY target driven environment. It feels that the targets are more important than actually making money/doing well/quality of the work.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

You need to be confident, personable and sociable. Be honest in your application and be aware that this is definitely a sales company. They pride themselves on their environmental impact and charity support, research these!

Do you have any interview tips?

The interview is more about how you come across. Make sure again you seem confident and personable. They want to make sure you can be presented to clients so make sure you are professional.

The questions were around my background and CV, they used the STAR technique.

Are you money motivated was a question. They actually want you to say yes to an extent. If you are driven by money you will work harder to earn more etc.
