What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be precise, Be diligent, and watch your spelling.

Always do you. The property industry is a people industry you need to convey yourself in a professional manner when applying for jobs; however, your individuality and personality need to stand out.

Don't get lost in trying to be the perfect person as sometimes peoples definition of perfect is not always what the company could be looking for.

Do you have any interview tips?

Deep breath and keep calm always.

People are often very nervous in these situations as it is what they really want.

Just take a few seconds often, if needed to take a deep breath and think about your answer.

Be prepared - do you know about that company? Do you know what the company stands for? Are you a person they would be looking for?Do you fit their culture? Is this company for you?

If you are 100% sure this is the job you want you will go the extra mile and this will come accross to the interviewer.

Be confident but NEVER over confident.

Confidence is not always a good thing.
