The Role

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and confident people to join our expanding China Product Trainer team. In this role, you will become an expert on our clinical IT system and have the opportunity to travel across China, providing system demonstrations at healthcare exhibitions, training a wide variety of users, and presenting to new customers and partners. This is an opportunity to contribute to a company making a real difference to the growing digital health industry in China.

You will join an international team of Product Trainers from different countries that work in both the UK and abroad to help improve healthcare. For this role, you need to have excellent communications skills, fluent Mandarin and good English, and really enjoy training and development. The job is based in the UK, but China Product Trainers spend the majority of their time in different locations across China.

Salary and Benefits

We will give you an excellent starting salary of £39,000 with outstanding annual pay reviews. At TPP, your salary will increase rapidly during your time at the company.

Qualifications Required

  • Fluent/Native Mandarin
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Eight A*-C grades at GCSE or Chinese/international equivalent
  • Three A*-C grades at A-Level or Chinese/international equivalent
  • A background in training or customer facing role would be advantageous, but not essential.
