In this busy and fast-paced role, you will work closely with other members of our production team, ensuring that each product we produce contains all the elements it should and is of the quality our customers expect. You will play your part by having excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Our Summer Factory Operative position is a platform to build a solid work history with a large multinational company that prides itself in giving people a chance to reach their potential and progress.
Whilst this is a fast-paced role, the shifts fly by and you’ll always have something to do! You’ll be provided with all appropriate PPE and full training to complete your role.
We’re looking for people with drive, motivation, and ambition, rather than any particular qualifications or experience. Willing to learn about Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices, you’ll need to be comfortable wearing PPE. You should also be hard-working, with a keen eye for detail and a basic understanding of English and Maths.
