what you’ll be doing

We’re looking for someone to join our Technology team at an extremely exciting time. We’re implementing a new ERP system along with building a factory in Rotterdam (known as the Blender) all with an eye on our quest to help people and the planet, live well and die old. To help us on our quest we’re looking for a Test Analyst (specialist role) to join us on a permanent basis and help shape a brand-new shiny Test Practice from greenfield up. In this role you’ll be supporting the Test Manager to provide test capability across all innocent systems globally.
You’ll be involved in delivery of our testing capability across the business by creating test scripts and executing them within the test practice, calling on business users from time to time as needed to support larger deliverables with the target to catch (and test fixes for) those nasty bugs before they reach Production.
Collaboration is really important in this role. You’ll build strong relationships with key business functions (Technology, Manufacturing, Business Operations) and understand their wants and needs – you’ll work closely with the Test Manager and wider Test team to drive this collaborative approach.
You’ll also assist and help deliver opportunities for continuous improvement, delivering reporting and test documentation. It really is a chance to help be a part of the moulding and shaping of the practice with the Test Manager to guide which will enable us to realise the aspirational technology roadmap.

you’ll have

We’re looking for a confident person who is willing to get into the detail and immerse themselves in testing activity and would strive to learn more about the subject. You’ll likely to have had a career in IT or have good IT knowledge.
We will provide the training for the system specifics, so we are looking for people with:
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration attributes
  • Strong stakeholder management and a can-do attitude
  • Ideally knowledge across ERP, Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O / Supply Chain in an FMCG environment.
  • Willing to learn about testing best practice, approaches and tooling (including using or implementing tools to make testing easier and more automated) and looking to carve a career in testing delivery.
  • The smarts – that have critical thinking to make good decisions when it counts, process lots of ideas and data (using excel + other tools) to arrive at simple and effective solutions.
  • An entrepreneurial approach – not waiting to be told, taking action, joining the dots and giving things a go. All while working through setbacks and staying positive when facing challenges
  • A growth mindset – to take on feedback, look for opportunities to develop and seeking to understand the why. The ability to see things through to completion and not miss a detail along the way.

you’ll get

Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don’t have to. We’re open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it’s good for you, then it’s good for us.
We’re all about building a workplace for the future here at innocent, we believe in equal opportunities and we celebrate diversity. We’re an inclusive workplace, where everyone is welcome, everyone can be natural, and be the best versions of themselves.
