About the role:
We are currently recruiting for Management Trainees to join our trainee programme which starts in September 2020. We have various opportunities available from site management, quantity surveying, estimating, planning, design management, sustainable development, digital construction, bid management and IT.
On our trainee programme it will be given exposure to all areas of the business which means you can develop a well-rounded understanding of the business and of the construction industry as a whole no matter what area you are interested in specialising in.
Our Management Trainees come from diverse backgrounds and qualification routes. We welcome all applications: from school, college or university or through building trades backgrounds or other relevant work experience. All that we ask is that you have a passion for building a career in construction. The programme will give you a great foundation; you will get exposure to all areas of our business to develop your understanding of the construction business as a whole not just your chosen discipline. The length of your programme will depend on your entry route, generally between two and five years. On successful completion of the training programme you will be positively supported to complete a professional qualification such as CIOB.
