1. The Best and Worst things about working for Mace Limited

Best: The opportunities and support provided to a graduate are fantastic. On top of the technical and theoretical workshops delivered on the graduate programme, I have attended numerous external, industry accredited courses. The training coupled with the knowledge and experience of my colleagues has placed me in a fantastic position to excel within the construction industry.

Worst: The graduate training sessions are hosted at the head office in London, being based in Manchester the frequency of sessions can be quite tiring.

Best: The people are amazing, the project portfolio is one of the best out there and the progression opportunities are brilliant.

Worst: Long hours at times.

Best: The fantastic projects that the company work on and the opportunity to work on these is a major plus. As well as the social aspect of the company, they invest in ensuring there are plenty of social opportunities for all members of staff to get involved and bond as a team.
